DELIVERY & COLLECTION OPTIONS

We currently deliver orders placed through the website only to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. A variety of order delivery/collection methods are available as listed below. Please check back frequently to see if other options are available. Regular delivery timelines range from 1-3 days depending on your location for delivery to your desired address in the UAE. DAMAGED GOODS/INCORRECTLY FULFILLED ORDERS

If a product in your order is received damaged or is not what you ordered, please arrange to return the product to us using the returns process. The product must be returned in the same condition you received it within 3 days of receipt for a full refund, including, where applicable, original order delivery charges, cash handling fees and taxes. RETURNS PROCESS:

It applies to products purchased through the website (TheShop.ae) only.
